Supplies:
contact solution bottle
flowers
Tools:
utility knife
scissors
1) Using the utility knife, very carefully remove top of bottle along a line. Rinse out well and dry.
2) Using scissors, cut points out all along top circumference of bottle.
3) Using utility knife, again very carefully, cut 3 sets of 3/4" inch parallel lines at about 1/2" apart. Push in each set of lines. Each space can hold a flower's stem.
4) Using scissors cut lines along vertical front. Do not cut all the way to bottom of bottle. Leave about 2" from bottom of bottle to end of cut lines to allow space for water for flowers. Cut lines into about 1/4 of total circumference of bottle. Bend down all cut lines.
5) Fill with flowers and a little bit of water.
Tip: Make it your own by doing your own pattern at the top of the bottle. Add staggered parallel lines to accommodate more flowers.
